Sound of Mull 2 Day Dive Trip
North East dive are planning 2 days diving in & around the Sound of Mull. We are diving from our 10.5m Offshore 105 Hardboat with heated Cabin, Toilet, & Dive Lift, onboard comprssor. The trip will be mainly Wreck diving with some scenic dives offered, all the diving will be in the 20 - 30m range with the opportunity for slightly deeper at a couple of the sites. We aim to dive twice a day but there is always the opportunity for a 3rd shore dive if required. We will be based at Lochaline village, although we may visit Tobermory at lunch time. Both Lochaline & Tobermory have easy loading, shops & toilets close by. We will remain at sea for the day so please bring lunch & two cylinders. Some of the dive sites require more planning therefore there may be a need for early or late start to suit the tides. The Sound of Mull offers some of the best uk Wreck diving & generally good visibilty. We will be Diving the wrecks of the Hispania, Rondo, Thesis & the Shuna, as well as scenic dives to include Calve island, Loch Sunart & the John Preston. Air will be obtained from either Tobermory or Lochaline Dive Centre.
Accomodation
We have not arranged any accomodation but there a number of local B & B’s and the Lochaline dive centre, air fills available onboard, £5/single (inc twin7) & twins/£7.50
